Being able to see time/location of appointments is great. I can communicate with my doctors office without having to call/wait for a call back. All my records in one place is also great! I took one star off because I like to go into the app and read the healthbeat articles but when I'm finished reading one article and go back to the main page to select another one I am forced to start from the top of the first page which is annoying enough that I don't usually read all the articles I wanted to

App was okay enough till this recent update. New format is not visually accessible and is less intuitive to navigate. Trying to get anything done through northwestern requires an excessive amount of phone calls emails and my chart messages. Updating your health info in app never actually works for some reason? I'll put everything in and submit it and the new information I've entered just disappears. Weird janky app for a weird disorganised hospital system.

The other version was easier to use this one is not really user friendly. I also cannot access it now it keeps telling me it needs to be updated and I have uninstalled it reinstalled it rebooted my phone and it still tells me it needs to be updated so it is way worse than the old version. I have now uninstalled all my chart apps I have and reinstalled the new version of mynm and now I have no access at all to my chart through the other portals.
