I absolutely hate the 4/29/25 update! It made this app less user friendly. I now have to 2 step verify almost every sign in. I have it set to trust my device but have to input a text code regardless, even though I'm signing in almost daily. What's the point of having a password/pin?? I also manage both my mother and fathers appointments. In the old version, when I selected visits I would see all of our visits together and the name of who the visit is for. Now it's profile based. CHANGE IT BACK

New update is a total disappointment. It used to be easy to find a provider, but now it opens a web browser that isn’t even mobile-friendly. Logging in with a PIN code should be simple, but even after selecting “remember this device,” it asks for a verification text every single time. I’ve also enabled notifications, yet I never receive any on my phone. This update made the app less user-friendly and more frustrating to use.

UPDATE: I recommend everyone change their reviews to 1 star. After the big update several months ago, it is still forcing a password reset every single time any member of my family attempts a login. Recent updates has me changing my password literally every other day. I can no longer access my kids accounts, my kids can't access their accounts. We're stuck in password reset loops. Bring back the old version of the app. p.s. St. Luke's employee family here. This new version is very frustrating.
