Ratings and reviews

The app has big issues. Out of 4 orders placed in the app only one was delivered to me, the other 3 got stuck in the system. They take your money, you wait for your order in vain only to learn it was never processed. Then you have to send a lot of emails to ask for your refund. A big waste of my time, I will never ever use this app again.

Nowhere in the app says the items ordered come from poland although they have physical shops in my country. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and after a week they still haven't arrived. If i knew this i would have gone 3blocks over at a random shop and bought my shoes

Not review for app , but the store itself . Footwear are often wrong sizes,and not the same as described.They sell me sneakers with two different sizes ,with same size (Uk10) labelled,one is normal another one is two numbers bigger but labels on sneakers is the same which indicates that they selling defective goods.What is worse they do not have real person as contact but bot ai assistant.I do not recommend store or app.
