There are always blank pages when reading The Straits Times newspaper. On most occasions there would invariably be 3 to 4 blank pages that refuses to download. The only way is to exit the newspaper, go through the whole process of login etc and reload the whole newspaper. Sometimes the whole newspaper is downloaded. More often than not the missing blank pages appear but other pages go blank. Why? Please fix it!

Tried to use the app, but I can't get past the language selection screen. Edit: fixed in this patch, thank you. Also, the sound when I'm trying to log in to web using the QR code is so loud, even when all my phone volume settings are silenced. Why is the app allowed to override my volume controls? Please just change it to a popup that says "error" or something like that. Also, I managed to log in, but the app refused to take me from the scanner to the login page, until I exited the scanner.

The app has been very super laggy of late. Even in the library. Even the kiosks have gone backwards...always have issues scanning multiple books...end up everyone scanning books one by one. Very disappointing that things have become so backwards despite constant upgrading...I had a better experience borrowing books using kiosk service and app in 2019 and 2022..now it's not even comparable to 2019. Ridiculous upgrades.
