Ratings and reviews

Initially using the app it is really great and convenient. I work at a holiday place and people come who need my help at times. I shop with one cart the next thing they ask for verification. After sending verification ko communication at all they just close your account and tell you you can withdraw money from your wallet yet you won't be having an access anymore. I urge people to stick to checkers and PnP apps. Disappointed 😞

I placed an order and received some items, but was told the rest would arrive tomorrow due to transport issues. One appliance appeared to be a display item, so I requested a return. I spoke with Ayanda, who said she would send someone to collect it. I'm still waiting for the item to be picked up and for an email confirming my dissatisfaction and return request. Despite following up, I haven't received the email or had the item collected. I'm very dissatisfied with their poor service.

They steal your money. They canceled my ordered of almost a grand and then never refunded me, it's been like 3 months. We've called multiple times and nothing has happened. I recommend Checkers 60, the pick and pay app... Or literally a stranger next to the street would be more reliable.
