Ratings and reviews

Logging in takes too long, no option for biometric log in , requires you to do extra security features with no ability to avoid it every time. Remove the multi factor authentication , or allow biometric sign in, simple. Customer service barely exists, buttons glitch and don't work on their website browser & mobile app. This company is a complete failure and a joke.

I can almost never get into the app to view my account. After going through the annoying 2 step login process, the app won't open properly but does a loop of "trying to login" but never actually doing so. Just keeps glitching out over and over.

Zero optimization for foldables in 2024. Are you kidding me freedom mobile? UI elements are comically huge with ridiculous amount of white space. What century are your devs living in? This is just a glorified web app and you can't even get that right? Customer since 2010. Fold4 & Fold5.
