The App has stopped working for me from a week. Every time I open it, I get an error message asking me to upgrade. On clicking the upgrade link, it takes me to play store where there is no option to upgrade. Only options available are uninstall and open. Please look into this. In general, the App is useful to track usage and raise complaints.

It is a not a user friendly app , their is no proper option for contacting the customer support directly , I had a issue since 2-3 days but still couldn't connect to customer support nor got a direct option to connect to the customer support from the application and every time the connection goes down . Need to improve the support options . It is a major drawback not a very useful app. Not happy.

They will promise that you will get router FREE with 6 months plan, but keep calling and asking for it back citing some terms and condition you can't find even if you go to FAQs and app The guy who contacted and installed clearly mentioned it was for LIFETIME. They also don't disconnect at time and show outstanding bill even if you ask to disconnect 3 days before your connection dies, they auto renew without ever mentioning it before. just tryin to increase their sales by any means. Pathetic.
