Ratings and reviews

This new version is really bad. After update, basically the Vitality function all crashed. The challenge spin does not work. The steps cannot be synced. Tried Web version but directed to & forced to download the app for vitality. Seen many earlier reviews on this issue but still no solution!!! The Chat function is also useless. If reaction to issues is so slow or none, imagine if you have a claim, will payout be none or delayed?

Terrible app. It was slow to begin with, and now with the update I can't login even after reseting my password. They are vary vague with all the personal data they want to collect, and I don't see how they can legally call it "cash back" when shopping at cold storage when they just give you inapp currency. Garbage.

Vitality on the new app is horrible. Checked on the last day of June to see if i have expiring points and they showed i have 280 points that expire in July. And so i thought i didnt have any pending coins to use for June. I checked again today and they said i have 240 points that expired in June. THEN YOU SHLD HAVE STATED IT SO I COULD USE THEM YESTERDAY. Whats the point of showing me the expiry for the following months when the current month was still ongoing.
