Very good app. I use it all the time. Could use some more features - Multiple Language Support: Not all my meetings are in English. Have quite a few I. Spanish. Could really use this. - Recording Reminder: A couple of times already I have forgotten that I started Otter, and completely forgot to stop it once meeting was complete. Maybe a reminder or notification every 30 mins would help. I've lost quite a bit of time from my allotted monthly minutes.

I understand the focus of the app is to transcribe meetings and it's very good with that. I like the summaries and the ai features, but I would also like to be able to take voice notes and format it in a memo, a list, a to do list, an outline. that would be great, instead I get a chunk of text when I export to markdown.

Good luck getting help if there's an issue. I have the paid version but I lost notes for 3 weeks when I thought the app was recording, but it wasn't. Apparently, the app changed and I didn't see the update. I emailed Otter, but they said they cant hellp me because my subscription is through Google Play. And of course, there's no way to contact anyone through Google Play. On the positive side, when the app works it's fairly useful. Hopefully the accuracy of the app improves with time.
