Ratings and reviews

The password manager is buggy and needs more fluidity. It needs to sync faster from my PC to my phone. Changing passwords shouldn't be so arduous. Logging into the app with my fingerprint is spotty. You have to try multiple times to get the reader to come up. There's no support for all three credit agencies. They do several things well and I like the VPN and removal from reseller lists. I bought a Yubikey for important accounts. At best, it's okay.

Everything is going well with the app. But, I often have issues with VPN settings. I will have my VPN switched to always on and I will go into the app (app was never closed) to verify it is still connected to the server and I'll find it disconnected without notifying. there's isn't an effective or reassuring way for the user to monitor this. However, overall experience has been wonderful. Final score out of 5 - 4.5.

Great service. GARBAGE APP. Seems to break with every update. Haven't been using it six months yet and have already spent hrs trying to get the app to work properly, been on the phone with Aura tech support multiple times, and have had two service tickets. Very frustrating. The update today unlinked accounts and broke social media monitoring. Tried several times. Can't get it to work. I could call Aura.....Again.. but I'm tired of having to deal with this. May just cancel.
