Does not work at all!!!! I use to use this app all the time and all of sudden it stopped working for me. I attempt to get help from customer service via email and there was no success. I then closed my account and attempted to reopen the account but no luck. I contacted support again and I was told that once an account is closed that they can never reopen it. Now I use Moneylion and they're a lot better when it comes to money advances and customer service. Jeobany

Awesome app but would be better if I could get a loan for having my 2000.00 direct deposited every month but it appears I can't ever get a loan for that because it doesn't hit on their desired date I'm confused. Oh and the fines and fees are a bit steep and it costs around 20.00 to keep a premium account every so often which is supposed to allow you to get better things like this loan I'm complaining about that I couldn't get. Otherwise it's a cool app it runs smooth until you have an issue mine

I just had my first deposit of my pay check. Only issue so far I notice are the fees. I think they have one of the highest fees and possibly out of other apps Ive dealt with. Other than that, I think they have good things to offer as far as cashback rewards. I am not sure if they'll make up for the monthly subscription, but I still am new with them.
