Racist policies with no reason given. Gas lighting on the phone when trying to recover your own money from your account because they changed the rules to stop foreigners from using the app, but those that got in before that date, ended up not being informed, and having their accounts secretly degraded to simply top up and spend with shopee directly. To get my own money out of the wallet, they wanted 2 full weeks, and enough documentation and selfie data to steal my identity. Scam scum

You added "Identity Verification" but your only option is for Thai Nationals and a citizen ID. And your guidelines said we can add passport you didn't give that in your options to change the citizen ID to Passport.

It's useless, just getting registered wastes your time by asking you to register again and again. Then it tells you that the info you gave as being incorrect and the processing takes AGES! Tried to register on both the downloaded app and Shopee. Same result! You fill in all the info and it's says this or that is incorrect, checked and double checked. It must be bug in the app.
