I was given 10k loan to pay 15k before the date of repayment my phone flashed so I couldn't find the app on play store to download. I quickly called customer care for the account number to pay 15k into so I did the transfer. Only for me to see that the app ois back on play store I installed it and it's showing that I'm owing 11k plus how come I have the screenshots of my statement I've sent it to the customer care but no response I have called no response too
