Ratings and reviews

I've been trying to register with this app, but it keeps telling me after each time that "my account is susceptible to high risk and that I should contact their customer support". I don't know what that means. This is indeed really frustrating for me for I've not encountered such thing registering on any exchange or app before. I don't even know how to contact their customer support to start with. Please something urgent should be done about this, or I quit bitget exchange for good. Thank you.

This app is really annoying, for over a week now, am trying to create an account, is telling me suspicious high risk, contact customer service, they didn't give me solution. so bad. they should resolve creating account issue or they should back out. nothing like multiple times. Just once, suspicious high risk will show.. what is all this bitget 😕
