I had the worst experience with the app. Never used the app after that. My order was delivered to the wrong address and they still charged me for it. I called them about 3 times weeks apart and every time they said they would issue with refund in the next 10 business days or so and they never do. This is horrendous service. Not taking accountability for mistakes and wasting others time.

if you mess up the order, there is no way to contact customer service or get a refund. There is not even an option to cancel the order. A few weeks back, by mistake, I ordered at a wrong location(another city) , I didn't get the refund and i didn't even get the order. The restaurant said we can't do anything and in the app there is a email for customer service, I emailed them with all the details and still no reply after 4 weeks.

odering on Uber or other food delivery app is way better, atleast they tell accurate status of the order unlike the osmows app. I have been wating for almost 30 mins before the order was ready but app shows that the order was ready to be picked . Fix it please and add option to cancel the order as well thanks. After going through all this the chicken was burnt to crisp ! never going back to .
