We began using this at our company to streamline expense reporting. However, it has not been great. It doesn't automatically update the mileage reimbursement rate, so we had to manually go over each claim and adjust it, and then put in a ticket, because our rep doesn't want to help us anymore. The ticketing system is bad. I didn't get a resolution to my question. Except that every January, I will need to submit another ticket so they can update the Federal IRS Mileage rate bc they hard coded it.

I wish I can give this negative stars. Here is the dilemma, the app doesnt have all the function so you are forced to you the web, which prompt the app to authenticate but also force you to change your password if you havent logged in in a month. Imagine just want to submit your receipt quickly but have to log in to the web, grab your phone, find password, change to new password, write password down somewhere because it doent allow copy and paste. Worst app of this decade

I'm forced up change my password very frequently, but the process doesn't work. Because I use the authenticator I'm forced to do my password update inside the app, where it bugs out telling me my current password is incorrect even though it's the same one I used to sign into the web interface just moments ago. Bad, outdated practices like frequently scheduled password changes coupled with bad interface design make this awful to use.
