I have been practicing martial arts for a long time now, always looking for a useful companion training app with sensical combinations. Well, I found it with this one! The suggested combinations make mechanical and functional sense, you can create your own combos, and adjust the settings to account for if you are an orthodox or southpaw stance user. While it's not perfect, the app gets 5 stars from me for no fuss, no ads, and doing exactly what I had hoped for.

The best free Muay Thai Training App! This app has everything! Warm-ups, cool downs, stretches, training for boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. Simply choose the duration and complexity of your training session and follow the instructions. I was sweating buckets on day 1. P.S. This app is also excellent stress relief and will help you out of a bad mood in no time! It's totally free! Give it a try for a week or 2. You can thank me later. 🙂👍

There is no specific daily practice. If he had a few minutes of boxing training and training every day, it would be good. Especially if the level of education gradually becomes more professional
