Not sure if it's the App, or the tracking device itself, but I used it now for over a month, but only got about half the time perfect use of it. Needed to clear Cache so many times. I contacted Customer care so many times (they rebooted my device), and sometimes, I watch my car traveling toward my end destination on the App, long after I reached my end destination. (It's supposed to be live) So, I am on month to month contract, an will give them another month, before I migrate...

I have had a problem with this company and it's service since day 1. As soon as they received the signed form and deducted the monthly amount there is no further service what-so-ever! I have tried cancelling this within 7 days, 30 days and more recently with no response. I have requested them to remove the units from our fleet - no answer. I think I am now going to cancel the debit order at the bank then maybe they will reply. This is the WORST company and service EVER!!!

Best tracking app for me👌 Is there a possibility that you can add a time for on and off on the carwatch for each vehicle. Will make it easier because it can then activate at a certain time and off at a certain time. It can also be optional for some that don't want to use that feature like that.
