This app used to be great. It synced to my phone, the app, and the scale perfectly. Lately, I haven't even been able to log in completely. It did an update, and now the app crashes every time I even try to log in. The app tells me, "Oops, there is an error." I logged out of the app because it wasn't syncing my data. I thought it just needs a little reset, but ever since then, I can't even get into the app. I have reinstalled the app 2 times, and still nothing. Please fix your bug. Update: Fixed

App won't log into the scale. It just keeps sending me to the ww website and wants me to sign in to Weight Watchers and will not link to the scale. What happened in the last update? Updated on 9/4/24. Updated and software started to work again. I did lose all my history after I logged in, but at least the software connects to the scale again. If there is a way to get my history back. Please let me know.

The update allowed me to log back in. However, sadly all my data is gone and it did not save it or restore it. This is very upsetting, but I'm happy that the scale works. I appreciate the developers for taking the time to respond to my comment to let me know the update addressed the issue, and I hope they also think about saving people's data.
