I am having the same issue as another user. I've been playing this game for years and all off a sudden it just stopped working. It doesn't want to load and when it did it kept shutting down. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. When I did this it merged my account and loaded the game starting me at a hotel that I finished a while ago. All of my progress was deleted even though I save and log in daily. I contacted support I don't know if they will respond. But I dont want to start over.

Update: my purchase was restored and I was even given extra compensation via "in-game" currency. Thanks to the developer for providing a solution. User beware: you may have issues getting support for missing purchases. Ive played this game for a long time. And I love it! But...I recently made an in-app purchase for which I was charged, but it still hasn't materialized in my game. I have reached out to the developer for a solution but have yet to receive one. It's been a week.

I am on the most current hotel, Moon Castle and I have everything completely upgraded. Yet even though I complete the level flawlessly, I am short like 40 points. This happens every other level where you have to earn enough coins to complete it. That's cheating and causing me to lose my hearts in the competition. My previous hotel is fully upgraded and I never had this problem. Cheats. FIX IT!
