If you have any issues with our Android app, please reset the app by going to your android settings, find our app, then clear the cache and data for our app. After that, re-open app, accept the call (pause/resume) and notification (mini player) permissions and login to use the app again. I LOVE the Graphic Audio audio books. Absolutely amazing idea and they do it well. I've purchased many. The app, however, is another story. It constantly resets my progress in the book when I exit the app and go back into it or try to listen in the car. This is EXTREMELY frustrating, as I have to try and find my spot each time, and it resets multiple times depending on what I'm using to try and find my place (GA app on phone, Android Auto screen, 30s forward/backward).

Really basic, not as good as basic Smart Audiobook Player but just looks nicer. Pretty isn't enough. MISSING: bookmarks; notes option; metadata (book in series #, cast, genres, etc. , this is an issue on your site too, no genres on book pages & can't click on author name to see all titles). Speed adjuster is no good, Need precision for 1.1-1.15x speed. 1.25x is too fast. No sound settings. No player in notifications window for background play. Can't adjust rewind time it's 30 secs! Timer is nice

Great idea, poor app execution. The playback system is absolute garbage. Nine times out of ten, when I try to resume where I left off listening to an audio book, it completely starts over. I can use wireless earbuds to pause but I can't use them to resume. I have to use my phone for fast forwarding or rewinding as the Android Auto widget doesn't offer those functions. The app needs polishing.
