If you have any issues with our Android app, please reset the app by going to your android settings, find our app, then clear the cache and data for our app. After that, re-open app, accept the call (pause/resume) and notification (mini player) permissions and login to use the app again. Ratings and reviews

This app does not work at all. When you listen for an extended period, and then go back to the app, it resets your progress back to 0:00. Then when you try to drag the seek bar to your place, and use the skip ahead 30 seconds or back 30 seconds buttons it also resets back to 0:00. The only function that seems to work is downloading the audio for offline listening. I found these problems on their version 2.7 and version 3.0.3 which was provided to me when I reached out to their support.

App resets progress. I am constantly having my books restarted to 0 when trying to resume them after a few minutes. The app does not seem to be able to stay active in the background and my issue is the same as others have reported. This issue is not exclusive to one device series as graphic audio has eludes to. I have a Samsung S21 ultra and my wife has a S22+ and we have the same issue with progress being restarted. Graphic audio, you need to seriously investigate this issue and push an update.

Few suggestions. Filters should default to "Sort By Series"—I kept referencing Audible for series orders because I didn’t understand the list filters. While tiles are nice, they are cumbersome for large libraries; an optional list view would reduce scrolling. Also, adding a storefront UI or a browser link to the hamburger menu would improve the purchasing experience. Finally, the immersion is so good! I keep looking around to figure out where the barking dogs are! Well done :) I love your books
