The new app has lost much functionality that the prior version had. The coupons section is more time-consuming to use. From the drop down menu item "my lists", my shopping list comes up empty; from the top right list icon, it is found. I cannot add items to my list from the weekly ad view. Some clipped coupons do not automatically apply to my order and the cashier has to enter them manually. It is not user-friendly.

I've been using the fresh thyme app for awhile. When it changed, I wanted to give it a chance... which I have now and it stinks. It's not intuitive, it's difficult to navigate and then get back to the main area to find your card to scan. The difficulty of the app makes me not want to use it, which means I won't know the deals and in turn have shopped less (significantly) than I did befoy. Sad.

Well, first issue is that my password doesn't work to sign in after installing the updated app. Clicking to have an email sent to reset my password has so far resulted in no email. Yup, checked spam etc. Having experience building apps, I can relate to the development team's situation. However, putting out a piece of garbage like this is inexcusable. The experience with this updated app tops the changes at my local store. How can executives be absolutely clueless!
