Nykaa was my preference for buying skincare product. But there has been recent issue with the Delivery. With n number of followups and request still not received proper support from them. It took over preference on other beauty apps for smooth delivery and proper communication with customer support . I have also written so many complaint but no response with nykaa team. Everyone facing same issue with delivery but done nothing to improve their Apps

Change your courier service. Its the worst. The 'Delhivery' courier service is the worst. I've never received a delivery on time. Estimated delivery date on the app shows within 2 days whereas i recieve my order after a minimum of 10 days. There is no customer support. Even when I order 10 days in advance,I don't recieve the product. Its a shame. Again I've an event tonight for which I do not have my dress,I cannot order a month in advance!

I always leave a positive review but lately Nykaa has been disappointing. Support isn't really the best whenever I try to reach them no one's available. Email get late replies and I've not received timely delivery 3 consecutive times, and only little to nothing I can do about it from the app. The date mentioned for delivery re-attempt is never followed. I never really had any problem from the app until now that it's getting kind of tiring. I've been shopping with nykaa very often.
