Ratings and reviews

App stopped working on my and my friend's device, Samsung Galaxy A21s, redirecting to Play Store. At Play Store, when pressing download button, app download starts, then fails with some awkward sound, saying that an error happened. Following app's details gives same page with an error. Can you fix this please. Thanks

Knowing that crypto is a seasonal investment, charging obscene fees for holding your positions is despicable. Depending how much of my position I wanna liquidate, the commission I'd have to pay can vary between 10 and 800% (that wasn't a typo) of the liquidated amount. This is excluding the 4% initially commission I paid when I opened those positions. It is theft however you look at it.

Last year (2022), the app was working horrendously with multiple issues. I'm glad to report that this year most issues have been resolved. However, there's still no English for the language option, and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, there're significant if not HUGE delays for PIN screen and live balance. Closing and reopening the app doesn't help the PIN screen to finally show up as supposed, and there's still no way to manually refresh the balance when there're delays even for OVER 24-48 HRS!
