Ratings and reviews

Despite significant upgrades, this app still has problems. I can now subscribe to podcasts, which is nice, but auto-download doesn't work. Also, the app doesn't work with Android Auto, so I can no longer listen in my car. That's a huge negative, since that's where I do most of my podcast/radio listening.

This app is very buggy. The forward and back buttons disappeared this week so I had to reinstall it. Despite subscribing to shows, often I find they haven't downloaded on WiFi which means when I get back home I have to manually download the shows. When I go to catch-up, I have to find LBC at the bottom of the list, surely it can't be too difficult to have favourite radio stations. I know Global don't have the BBC's budget, but BBC Sounds is a fantastic app. Hopefully this can be improved soon.

Very buggy, frequent issues with playback and skipping. Especially when listening live and reverting to the start of the show then the skip forwards back and using the time bar does not change the audio and position. This is the only way to listen to many of global stations in the car outside of London if you don't have dab. large company, it's absolutely mad that their app is so bad. They should also stick a news tab in there for reading the news rather than needing to use their website.
