Horrible download experience. It takes longer time than usual. I have downloaded one file 29% in the meantime it get back to 23%. Download failed on it own whereas i have no problem with my internet connection. Moreover, this app needs a lots of improvements for a being paid media station. Hopefully, your team will take this as your top priority.

Lots of bugs and basic features missing. Biggest issue is loss of money. I subscribed to premium for a month and after successful payment the subscription started. After a day I reopen the app and my subscription is gone totally. I logout and login again, checked if any new app update is there (which wasn't) and still nothing happened. My subscription is gone. Emailed them immediately with all proofs of payment and so, no reply; messaged them on fb with the same still no reply. Total fraud!!

I want to upgrade my subscription so I was trying to cancel my previous one but whenever I select cancel plan it shows fail. My previous subscription limit is over and I'm unable to buy a new one because of this problem, and another issues is whenever I heard a podcast it stop automatically which is so annoying. I'm requesting you to fix those problems as soon as possible.
