it's disappointing. Buggy App.. Emails are not sent. Not able to search booking by mobile no. or email. After booking the email was not sent, only got SMS. By mistake sms was deleted. Now I am not able to search the booking anyhow from the application. I have booked for the day after tomorrow. Also had trouble in the past using the App.

The app is ok when it comes to the booking of tickets but there are a couple of suggestions 1) The app does not open and starts showing that the USB DEBUGGING is enabled! when you just open the app and this is hoping after the last update received. 2) After booking the bus the passengers don't have the bus number or any other details which clarifies about the bus to be boarded from the pickup point so the passengers have to find the bus at the time of boarding.

Booking service are the best but worst service ever while we want to track bus.. also Simple slippers buses can be track but the premium Volvo services with high rate of transportation can't be track... kindly provide premium services, not only written stickers prove premium services
