I use quite a few receipt and money back apps and this one is by far the most difficult to acquire money on. The biggest downfalls for me are that I can't claim any of my Target or Sam's Club shopping unless it's in store. Which is rare for me. But I constantly do pick up and mail orders. But you can't sync your account. You need a paper receipt which you don't get with those orders. Same goes with Instacart which I use a lot. Very disappointing app.

Same garbage every time. I install and it fails to sign me in or connect to my account giving a screenshot error 'something went wrong try again later' lmbo. For an app so highly praised in fails the mark. No, I'm not reaching out to the support via email about this, which I've done before. Bottom line, it's changed and simply doesn't work on every phone.

The BIGGEST downside is that you have to RUN to stores when there is a deal because even if you clip it and go the next day, the deal is gone. No warning. Super inconvenient. Update: removed a star because I submitted a ticket and customer service, though nice, have not been helpful with the actual issue-deals disappearing with no warning or timing icon like others before they expire. All responses have been cookie cutter responses of restart your phone, etc, never addressing the actual issue.
