The application needs a lot of improvements, including having the ability to access the profile and other services natively on the app, not on the web. Moreover, the "how busy" feature for the gym does not work (neither on the application nor the web.) It displays a false number that never changes.

Very poor customer service in KSA.I was trying to subscribe for sab credit card offer and it shows that u already redeemed offer by this card but I actually I didn't redeemed.I contacted fitness team on instagaram and also by call & submitted my complaint and following up with them from last 3 weeks but no any support provided by them and they are asking me to just wait
