Very user friendly and easy to navigate. Top selling point in my opinion because being able to easily track my progress makes me more motivated. The monitor that's included with the 9Round equipment is more accurate than my exercise watch in my experience but I use a pixel watch not a Fitbit so that might make a difference.

Not very user intuitive. Still trying to figure out how to login. That should be obviously simple.

So many issues. It says my account is used on a different browser, which it is not. The sound quality is terrible. I miss the on demand option. It was so much better and consistent.
