Someone has accepted my request and then declined it. Instead of updating the current status, the app shows the profile in the accepted category as well as in the rejected category. Unaware of this update, I subscribed. When reached out to the customer support, pathetic is a way better to term to address it.

Very user friendly for searching of your choice

Very nice. App is giving very good information. I suggest the advisers to upload the profile with photo otherwise we can't taken to be granted. Secondly clearly mention the preferences as required by bride/bridegroom. Send the profiles as to their requirements. Avoid clearly mentioning as not specified in order to avoid when intrest was sent to them they decline. Try to avoid this one. Increase number of contacts to 300 atleast for three months and reduce the amount to 1500 rupees
