I'm thoroughly impressed with the outstanding UI design of this application! The user interface is truly exceptional, setting a new standard in design excellence. It's undoubtedly the best UI I've experienced so far, and I must say, it's truly next-level. Moreover, Jazz's service is remarkably fast and reliable, making it one of the top services in the country.

This new update brings a big problem with it. I can't even open usage status in app. Everything else is working finely, but usage status is not working. Whenever I triyes to open usage status, the application closes itself. My device is even Jazz Digit Play 1. I have even tried uninstalling the application and reinstalling it, but still no use. I want this problem to be fixed as soon as possible.

Very bad experience with the app and the service itself Facing issue of balance theft from long time (they are deducting my account balance even though I have free offnet mins available in my monthly make my own offer Being activated. Very bad experience with internet as well sometimes its very bad. And their packages pricing are also high as compared to other telecom companies like Telenor etc. (I report to their customer support as well but nothing changed still facing same issue)
