Didn't record my run and could not submit my run for the virtual runs I signed up. Kept on resetting and then when it could record the run, I couldn't save (tap on tick, nothing happenned) the result of the run..I had to click x, goes back to start again....pls tell me I can record my runs with another app to submit for the event? Add on: had to keep the app on while running/ walking to safely track my distance, such a hassle! Cannot leave it on background, else it will reset.

First time using. It doesn't work, maybe connection problem. The tracking record is out of norm where it seemed to have recorded hours way back before the run, then actually I had clicked record just when the run started.

This app is convenient for single entry registration but really troublesome for group registrations. Hope you can upgrade your system where payment is done only once after filling up details of all participants. Also it's double job to key in ic number and birth date again. It can't even auto detect. If you improve this your app is perfect.
