It's the worst experience I've ever had....since last week it isn't logging in and l have money there......am really going to change to another bank,a more reliable one.

Kudos KCB TEAM. I would have rated you 10 stars if possible. The best platform so far in Kenya with quick loan disbursements and low interest rates. You texted me with the loan limit I qualify and I downloaded the vooma wallet app and actually I got the money in seconds.You will still remain to be my financial champions.🙏👍👍

The app is overall 👌. Good work. A few issues though.. Signing up on the app was a pain. The signup form doesn't accept spaces at the end of entries, so i kept getting a KYC error (would be good to know this on the signup page). My 1st transaction was buying tokens which was immediately successful, but Vooma messages on Truecaller are marked as spam so I thought the transaction failed until a day later. I would have preferred to see the token number from within the app and not sent as a text.
