Works well but there's room for improvement. When you log in, you get a text with the OTP which you're supposed to key in. Why can't the app just read the text? On the web, when you log in, you're supposed to click on a button for the OTP. Why not have the OTP triggered by successful login? Those are some little changes that can improve user experience.

The app has been consistently saying system unavailable for over a month now. It works once in a while. I've tried installing again severally. Check on it urgently Also, the app needs more features like Lipa na mpesa till and paybill options. It's tideous having to transfer cash to mpesa every time one has to make payment.

I think that an app which collapses every three months has a weakness. You can't be remembering the user id, the password and pin. I know you want seccurity but this is really off-putting. There must be a better way to manage online banking for those in diaspora. But if you are not interested in expanding retain only physical banking. We are going digital but you make it impossible to access ones funds whats the use of banking then.
