CUMBERSOME This app is complicating mobile, transactions, starts with save or once off, needing name, number and reason for transfer. This is structured like an interrogation. It should only pick number from contacts populate the name, put amount and send. VERY INCONVENIENT. This app is more of a BUREAUCRACY.

Hello Sammy, we regret the inconvenience. We advise that at the moment, you may create your sending list by adding them to 'my beneficiaries' when sending for the first time and you can use them from 'saved' option in the future. ^BO

Works well but there's room for improvement. When you log in, you get a text with the OTP which you're supposed to key in. Why can't the app just read the text? On the web, when you log in, you're supposed to click on a button for the OTP. Why not have the OTP triggered by successful login? Those are some little changes that can improve user experience.
