Great app!! I do all my Banking needs at the power of my hands!! Only add credit card support n it will be 💯 %excellent... just superbly excellent. i bet this app is much more better than the new version.. The new version is just nothing short of Cumbersome. unrealistic. complex and just Extremely pathetic to say the least... Relook at your New App kindly. Extremely Pathetic...NKT... From happy user of this current user..

The new updated app is completely a nuisance,scam and very annoying. Since I updated has not been able to send money anywhere including on my own Mpesa number. The OTP is send but the keying in space doesn't respond, it's inactive even tapping can't respond yet the OTP doesn't auto fill. It expires yet transaction not complete. it's just disgusting.

Terrible app that gets worse with each update. After the last update each time I open it, it goes to the get started page like I'm a new user. It requires Otp for each & every transaction, has the occasional app stopped working error. Not sure how KCB is paying money for this.
