I've tried to order 1 hour before ice hockey championship finals and waited for more than 2 hours until I finally cancelled the order because they could not deliver the food. Repeatedly was in communication with the KFC dispatcher reassuring me of my order. What I'd rather see though, if I wouldn't even be able to order if the delays are huge instead of letting me order and telling me that it will come in 45 minutes. If there's an event like this, get ready and hire more people for the delivery.

The user experience is quite poor. For example, when reseting password, you need to enter the email multipple times, and once you reset the password, you need to login again for no reason at all. Furthermore, if you decide not to grant the app notification permission it keeps throwing annoying popups.
