Ratings and reviews

cannot use coupons in restaurants, codes doesn't work, barcode doesn't work beciasie terminals have no scanners, app doesn't improve experience when you are already on site and has no added value, no incentive to use this app at all, in contrast to McDonald's app.

Spammy and scummy. The app sends promotional notifications with no ability to disable them separately from useful order notifications on the settings level.

Ordered 20+ dollars order with 0.85 drink, get 0.33 drink instead. I have two options now - send them cry complain message or call to polish speaker support (2 min waiting with "we are so glad that you call us, wow"). Thank you, KFC, glad to do that. Just went to the store, get another drink
