Hi LandBank, Maybe it would be helpful to put additional number of minutes on the expiration of the OTPs. Once I received the OTPs they're already expired. I've been trying to do just one fund transfer for the past days. It's really a too much of an inconvenience. I hate this so much because it's a perennial and prevalent problem of your mobile banking app. The coding should allow use of former OTP as long it is correct. BTW. I registered to OTP generator but the app wont genera

it's been a while but i cannot use this app because the email otp takes too much time to come to my email. the expiration is only 5 minutes, but the otp will be sent to me like almost an hour later :< i want to use the app to check for balance without actually going to atm and i can't do that because i can't register.

The apps is often "service unavailable" in terms of fund transfer. I use this features a lot. It is very frustrating and disappointing specially when you are on an urgent matters. Hope you can fix this!.
