App is OK. LOTS of improvements from its earlier days; when a majority of time; it wouldn't even connect, and work. Now, it does work; and allows a person to control the HVAC remotely. Features and UI come and go. Some I like; some not; what's best is personal preference. Reason for this rating; I would prefer the app respect my phone settings. It updates automatically, in the middle of the night; even when my phone settings for auto update are turned off. Shouldn't do that.

This app on my iPad and Galaxy will not get into the start screen. There seems to be a DNS issue to the Lennox server. I will update when resolved by the development team Update: app is working on 4/28/24. It may have been system maintenance. It would be nice if the app, instead of hanging, reports that the system is down due to maintenance. Alternatively, this could have been an actual outage that was eventually remediated.

Just downloaded the new version...all they did was rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic. Still no ability to program etc. They changed the layout, that's it. They put lipstick on a pig. It's been a year since my review and nothing has been fixed or added to the app to make it more useful. Still can't depend on the app to make adjustments to the thermostat while away. It also fails to change settings while in the house. If you can't trust it to work all the time then you cannot trust it at all. 1st review.... Very inconsistent. While away I set system to away. Get home and it is not in away mode. Look at Honeywell total connect comfort for how a good app should function...
