It was fine until an update today. Now it keeps reopening on it's own. Why do y'all constantly fix things that don't need to be fixed. I will be deleting this app. 7-8-2020 Well once again Lennox has fixed something that didn't need to be fixed. Now I have to constantly dump the app and reinstall it to get it to work. What a POS!!

Can open app, can look up parts and error codes, will not preform warranty lookup. Click the tab and it just sends back to home screen. Frustrating.

I have 2 phones, one android and one apple, and neither one will open the app. When you are on a job trying to obtain parts numbers through the app and can't get in, it is a little frustrating. You folks are losing parts sales because I will make call to my local Johnstone to find a universal part or if they can get it.
