Takes minutes to load each page, faster to look it up in a 1,000 page book. typical wait time is 60-90 seconds everyone you click on something for it to load the page. Terrible response time.

I have 2 phones, one android and one apple, and neither one will open the app. When you are on a job trying to obtain parts numbers through the app and can't get in, it is a little frustrating. You folks are losing parts sales because I will make call to my local Johnstone to find a universal part or if they can get it.

It was fine until an update today. Now it keeps reopening on it's own. Why do y'all constantly fix things that don't need to be fixed. I will be deleting this app. 7-8-2020 Well once again Lennox has fixed something that didn't need to be fixed. Now I have to constantly dump the app and reinstall it to get it to work. What a POS!!
