I love my Lennox HVAC system, however the Lennox thermostats are a predatory rip-off. If you're on the fence about a Lennox system, don't do it. The stats are garbage, last a couple of years, and *require* a technician to install or you lose even the minimal warranty they have. The generic wiring contacts out of the Lennox units can be figured out but you lose some of the energy savings features, which is a lousy, anti-customer, anti‐green move. Waste of a great HVAC unit I spent over $8K on.

I'm using a pixel 7 pro. The app refuses to connect to any thermostat that I've installed in the last month. (15?). It'll say on the s40 "connected" with the green light yet my phone continues to say "connecting to thermostat" I don't know what's worse... This or the hub from the s30
