Ratings and reviews

This app is buggy and unpredictable! I receive calls with no visible phone number or caller ID until after I accept or reject the call. I often can't return a missed phone call from the recent calls list. It randomly gets hung up while trying to make a call. And it's impossible to use the text feature for 2FA because the texts won't show up until hours later! As soon as I can find another reasonably priced option, I'm switching because it's too unreliable for business use.

I have had this for 10 years and have not used it much. One reason has been a lack of instructions or customer service availability. Now I have a good use for this number, but am having problems with settings not working. The 'call forwarding' direct to my cell has been On for at least 6 months, it is still toggled to the 'On' position when I log in, but the service is not forwarding. It rings 5 times and then has a lengthy silence, then an old outgoing voicemail message plays for the caller.

1. There is no option to turn down dialing number. It's also dial numbers through the phone speakers very loud without any volume controls. As a phone service provider they should now all about DTMF and how it can easily be recorded and decoded through apps. Pls improve the dial tone settings. 2. Ending a call on this app takes nearly two min. to recognize the call has ended. I have business class high speed Internet so connection speed not an issue. 3. Needs to function like cellular VoIP app.
