Ratings and reviews

Always says it is unable to connect. I've been trying on different phones, and in different wifi networks, and the sing-in screen still cannot connect. I just purchased credit last time it worked, and next time I opened the app it had signed me out and won't allow me to sign in again due to this connection issue. It's a steal. I hope this problem gets fixed because I used to be a fan of this app, but now I would really like to find a more reliable alternative.

Lousy app. Used to be good. Now they trying to be all up in the business. It took an hour between the app to send a verification code that was finally not expired. I went from my email to talkatone refreshing the email app for a while before one solid verification number was solid. Exhausting. Damn near want a fingerprint, hair follicle, eye scan, and cotton swab of the mouth just to get a number. It used to be way better without the interference of so much red tape.

I feel 1 star isn't a fair rating as I didn't even get to try the app, but the fact that I couldn't is a problem. I tried to verify my email 3 times, and every time I got the code and went back to the app, it had gone back to the previous screen. Finally I accessed my email from a second device to try a fourth time, just to finish signing up and be told there'd been an unusually high number of signup attempts. Such security is excessive for an app that backtracks your signup just because it can.
