It seems many of us are having log in issues w/ security check or app version. I've contacted support but only get a robotic response claiming it's on my end despite no change in 10 yrs. EDIT: After much try & error w/ other methods, I deleted app data/cache, deleted all VPN profiles via mobile connections (even though they weren't in use), switched to my 2nd router, attempted log in w/ talkatone number ONLY, got code in email. Then logged in successfully. Hope this can help someone!

Since 01/03/2026 mid afternoon. All of the sudden I have not been able to SEND any messages. I have contacted support 5 times and received ZERO RESPONSE on how to resolve the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app like 50 times and it still won't work!!! I paid my subscription every month and have had this app since 2018. I do not understand what is going on!!!

Was a great app. It just changed and is now searching your incoming texts to detect that you've been sent ANY kind of code, and then tells you that you have to subscribe to premium service. I'm now locked out of several important accounts that I've had for years. it even does this when a real person tries to send you a garage door code or something. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!
