Got an email stating that all of my points would need to be used before January 2023 or that i would lose them. Went to the app to try and redeem them and... Yep. You guessed it! The app doesn't work. It won't even open! Seems as though the app not working is a problem all across the board. It really sucks because I had over 5000 points from using the rewards program faithfully. May need to switch gas stations...

I loved this app & the rewards add up. However, now I'm unable to login & get the message "there appears to be a problem with your network". There's nothing wrong with my network. I've tried clearing the cache, uninstalling & reinstalling the app, etc. I'm able to login on a browser, but not the app. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!

I have used this app for years now, and truly love the rewards program. And now I can not sign into my account using the app. "There appears to be a problem with your network" appears and on the app it will not log in. I reset my password a few times, and uninstalled, and installed a few times, and still not able to log into the app. I hope that the app gets fixed. It is really a big inconvenience
