I love the User interface and the simplicity of finding my required feature with a tap of search. However, I can't find the swapping or converting crypto options in the app. Where is it?

I'm Trying To withdraw my assets since last 20 days or more But still getting same response. You tried to many times To get OTP on my number. Then I tried after a week same issue I faced at that time. And Then I tried to contact them. I'm unable to contact, only robotic or auto reply were available. Kindly help me to withdraw my assets or drop your manually operated Contact source so that I can get your help to withdraw. Thanks
