The app is fine, but the reality of using the ring, or more to the point - finding somewhere it will work is a needle in a haystack. I have now tried 50+ contact-less vendors, from Starbucks to Tesco...it just doesn't work. One bar in Nottingham (bearing in mind we visited 10+ in one night), that's the ONLY place. One vendor in over 50! I basically have credit on my ring that I'm giving up on using. Very poor, won't be recommending.

They raised the price to add money to the app to 4.5% per e-transfer, which is absurdly high. That was a very greedy decision made by the people running this app that just feels gross. Also, the fact that actually just receiving the money to your account from e-transfers takes longer than any other bank or app I've ever used, and now trying to send money from the app takes several hours. So I'm not sure what the stupidly high fees are even doing for the app. Basically irrelevant and useless now.

Always on point. Customer service has dealt with any issue I have had to my satisfaction. I have had a few minor issues in the 2+years I have used this wallet, all have been dealt with promptly and professionally. I prefer using much better over all other Canadian E-wallet options.
