A really useless app, especially if you have Flash Pay card because you cannot add it to your account,only Nets Prepaid Cards can be added. And you need to register with your personal details for auto top up for Flash Pay. Ridiculous system. Uninstalled. Don't bother doing anything with this app, just top up at the machine or ATMs way easier.

It is not very clear what the NETS app and NETS is trying to achieve with the user interface, multiple types of cards, and failing functionality on the app. Auto top-up setup failed for my NETS motoring card. It cannot be added to the app as well for easier top-up, while a prepaid card can be added.

Auto top up experience is extremely poor, tried multiple times and doesn't work, although it says successful. Also has no indication what amount will warrant an auto top up. Process is long, cumbersome and not thoughtful in design Pls thoroughly test from user perspective before launching
