It was great while it worked, but the help service won't help parents. They keep saying to reach out to school's program administrator. My child was no longer showing up in the app. I tried rescanning her QR code and kept getting an error. The school created a new QR code but the app still wouldn't let me see her profile. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone several times with no luck. The app doesn't work and there is no help for parents. Absolutely ridiculous!

Great features are already built in, but I'd really like to see the app have a settings section where I can turn on notifications. This way, I get notified when my child earns points, messages are sent, or events are posted/ event reminders. It's too easy to forget to open the app and check.

Updated review: Thank you for your quick response and tackling this problem! Giving you 5 stars for your customer service and communication. Thank you! Notifications turned off all of a sudden last week and I missed important updates from my child's school. The latest update doesn't allow notifications.
