The content in this app is wonderful if you're an athlete or even moderately fit and want to keep it up during pregnancy. I wouldn't recommend for beginners who want to improve fitness during pregnancy. ADDITIONALLY, they automatically renew your membership, and even if you miss the reminder email because of, I don't know, a NEW BABY, will not refund your money. Just leave you with access to an app that you may or may not use. This policy is the reason I'm leaving a 1 star review.

The variety of workouts and meal plan recommendations cover the full range for preparing for pregnancy while Trying to Conceive (TTC), specifics for each trimester, 4th trimester recovery and on into Motherhood. The workouts are thorough, provide variety in workout type and length, require minimal equipment, and are easy to follow. The instructors are knowledgeable and engaging. The app interface is intuitive and easy to use. The content is great, user friendly, and I highly recommend this app.

Staying consistent with this app is the best thing I could have done for myself pre pregnancy and during. I feel amazing compared to my first pregnancy. Any back pain has been controlled by maintaining consistency and going through the recovery routines. Everyone in pregnancy or thinking about becoming pregnant should do this app. it's worth the time, the low cost and the commitment. 100/10. I love this app!! The Ab rehab is also amazing post pregnancy!
